We had a fantastic experience with Floor Shield of the Triad! From start to finish, they were professional, easy to work with, and communicated great throughout the entire process. They came out, provided a very fair quote, and delivered exactly what they promised. The crew did an excellent job, paid attention to detail, and left everything spotless. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.It’s only been a day since our garage floor was coated, so I can’t speak to the long-term durability just yet, but the results look absolutely amazing! We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.I would highly recommend Floor Shield of the Triad to anyone considering having their garage floors coated. Great pricing, great communication, and quality workmanship!

I did a lot of research before choosing Floor Shield of the Triad, and I’m so glad I chose them to transform my garage floor from a 30 year old terrible-looking concrete floor into a beautiful polyaspartic floor. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and laser-focused on ensuring I was completely happy with the job. They arrived in the morning and worked non-stop until 3:00 pm when it was completed. It was a total transformation of the garage and I’m thrilled with the results. Their prices were also very fair. I highly recommend Floor Shield of the Triad—they do beautiful work.

Andrew and the team did an awesome job on coating the garage of our new house. Out of all the places I called in the area, Andrew was the most knowledgeable of the products he uses as well as why he uses them. He walked me through potential moisture issues that can come up and how to mitigate them so that I get the best life out of the floor. We had a very thorough conversation of products that other competitors offer in the area and the pros and cons of them. Best of all, I believe the price they charge for the coating is extremely fair for what you get.Because I really love working in the garage and wanted the longest life of the floor possible, I opted to go with a bulletproof coating option, way more than he would recommend as well as custom color flakes picked by me. They definitely were willing to do the custom work without question. Andrew provided a sample to me and made sure I was very happy with the plan before moving forward. They installed the flooring very quickly. Best of all, my house did not smell like a chemical warehouse when all was said and done. They use very low VOC products and I was happy to personally verify that. I have had flooring done in the past by other places and some of the products that are out there can really make you regret your purchase when you smell them in your home or office. Not the case here.
