I was on the hunt for a company that specifically did floor coatings in basements and came across Floor Shield of the Triad. I contacted Andrew, laid out my project scope, and we both determined it would be a fit for what I needed. He sent out Harrison to do the quoting, who was extremely professional and didn't try to fleece me for extra pennies. We ended up scoping out not only the basement, but my garage floor as well. After agreeing to the reasonable quote, Andrew got me scheduled within a week! The morning of Andrew reached out and advised there was a minor time delay (< 30 mins) to their arrival time, which wasn't a problem at all. He accompanied his crew, we went over the project again, and then his guys got after it. Due to my limited airflow in the basement, they had to come back the following day to finish up, but again - not a problem! Everything came out great and we're absolutely happy with the results. One key thing that really solidified this deal for me was the communication throughout the entire project.
